Dumbbells are amazingly meant to play nicely with iFit’s $ 39 per month fitness subscription, but you don’t need a subscription. Weight Tray even has a tablet holder that lets you use your own screen and service If space is at a premium, or if you don’t want to block the TV, that might make sense.

It’s more expensive than many conventional adjustable sets, but you won’t mind if the speed of adjustment is more important than the price. We will add that some adjustable sets do not offer this level of flexibility – 5lb changes can help you ease over heavy weights over time.
