Mindfulness app Headspace Sleep and meditation are more than helpful. It’s now a platform on which Grammy-winning artists are releasing new music. Arcade Fire has just created a 45-minute instrumental piece called “Memories in the Age of Anxiety” for the app.

The band wrote in an Instagram post that the track was John Legend and a collaboration with it . Legend has created a headspace playlist called “Memories in an Age of Anxiety.” Arcade Fire noted that it provides “meditative vibrations to help you concentrate and feel inspired”.

In addition to Arcade Fire and Legends, Headspace has worked with artists such as St. Vincent, Madalib, Sudan Archives and many more. . Endel, a rival relaxation app has partnered with such music artists And Toro Y Moi to create AI-enhanced soundscapes.

This is actually the first release of Arcade Fire Studio recordings since 2019 Shows though that leaving “memories in an era of anxiety” in the headspace makes a lot of sense. There’s not much that can send me to sleep faster than a 45 minute arcade fire song.
