Don’t think that car Cuddle driver – BMW wants to give back seat passengers deluxe treatment. It is Preface Based on a 31-inch, 8K “theater screen” passenger option Fire TV for car. Point it out and the 32: 9 screen will extend from the headliner, complete with 5G data and sound around the Boers and Wilkins. You’ll even get to see the sunblinds up close and hear an opening theme by soundtrack composer Hans Zimmer.

The content on Amazon’s platform will run ‘only’ in 4K and some videos will make full use of the UltraWide 32: 9 ratio. You can tilt the screen for a standard view, though, and the two rear passengers can control the volume and the rest of the entertainment system.

BMW did not say which vehicle will include a theater screen outside of the “Future” model, but you will access it as part of the My Mode feature. IX. Pricing and availability were also not available, although you can guess it would be expensive. That cost is not necessarily a concern for the target audience – it may be as much for Chauffeur customers as it is for parents to expect their children to waste time on the road.
