America Enterprises Updates

The Financial Times is compiling the third issue of The Americas’ Fastest Growing Companies, a position and special report on high-growth businesses in North, Central and South America, to be published in April 2022.

The FT, in partnership with Statista, will seek to identify the Americas’ 500 companies with the strongest revenue growth between 2017 and 2020.

The special report, which appears in a weekly issue of the FT newspaper and on, will publish the full interactive position along with articles by FT correspondents on the trends highlighted by the research. The most recent issue of this report and position can be viewed here.

Potential candidates will be contacted by Statista or can provide their name via this site.

New business opportunities

Being at the fastest growing businesses of America will be a visible and public recognition of the performance of your business, which extends far beyond your specific industry and country. It will also draw attention to your business from potential partners, customers and investors worldwide.

Media coverage

Employer brand

All businesses that appear on the list may use the award logo for marketing purposes upon payment of a license fee. Your business can still share its inclusion in the list for free.

Access to more than 1m facts

All applicants who provide information about their sales will receive a free Statista corporate test account of two weeks regardless of whether they end up among the designated businesses.

Who is eligible?

Companies from the following 20 countries:

Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, USA, Uruguay, Venezuela.

To be included in the position of your business must meet these criteria:

  • Revenue of at least $ 100,000 generated in 2017¹

  • Revenue generated at least $ 1.5 million in 2020

  • Must be independent (not a subsidiary or any branch office)

  • Must have its headquarters in one of the 20 countries in the Americas above

Ande Countries that do not use the dollar to express revenue should provide an average value of the local currency during the relevant financial year.
