Google has launched a new one Nest thermostat The latest fall to mark the tenth anniversary of the Smart Temperature Control range. The smooth device came in a completely more compact package with a whole new touch sensitive edge and elegant mirrored display. The 130 130 thermostat was already affordable, with Google lowering its price to 100 100 before Earth Day. However, Amazon is offering the Pak-shaped device for a little less $ 99.98 or 11 114.97, including a trim kit designed to cover any imperfections during installation.
Of course, the big draw here is the ability to monitor and reduce your energy usage. The thermostat is the main way to do this through a feature called Savings Finder that scheduling information about your home system and helpful suggestions such as temperature or eco mode adjustment. There is a scheduling option that lets you set temperature profiles based on your preferences. For example, if you plan to get out of the house and cool down on the weekends, you can warm up the days of the week. The same is true for the duration of the day or when you are sleeping and you can override the presets at any time.
All of these settings are available through the Google Home app, which allows you to interact with the device using auxiliary- and Alexa-powered smart speakers. You can control the thermostat using your voice from the sofa or while you are out. You can currently catch the thermostat in three colors on Amazon, including charcoal, sand and snow.
Note that Google offers a premium alternative to the Nest Learning Thermostat, but the entry-level model costs $ 149 more than the current deal. For this price, you’ll find more luxurious materials, including a metal ring, a high-resolution display that packs time or weather and additional information that makes the device come in more colors.
