When you buy A new one PlayStation 5 Or Xbox Series X / Series S. Console, you get a great game controller with it. These are designed to perfectly complement their respective consoles, but both the PS5 Dualsense Controller and the Xbox Wireless Controller can have life outside of them.

If you want any controller to play games on your desktop or laptop, or you feel uncomfortable controlling the touchscreen on your phone or tablet, try using the best controller you already have. Before diving into instructions on how to pair these controllers with your other devices, keep in mind that some controller features, such as trigger and vibration sensors, may not work properly. You also need to configure your controllers and they will not work with every game.

How to Add a PS5 Controller to Windows 10

The easiest way to use your PS5 DualSense controller with a Windows 10 desktop or laptop is to plug it in with a cable. All you need is an extra USB-A port on your computer and you can use the USB-A to USB-A cable that comes with your PS5.
