I have been working in a sales position at a bank for four years, and I feel that my education has fallen into disrepair. I would like to move on. However, when I look around, it seems that the skills I have acquired are only relevant to financial services. This is worrying because it’s my first job and I can not imagine doing the same thing for the next 20 years. How do I turn? Is the only option an MBA? Female, 20s
