Israeli forces stormed the Al-Aqsa mosque on Monday, hurling rubber-coated rounds, tear gas and sound bombs at Palestinian worshipers.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society says more than 160 Palestinians have been injured, including more than 60 hospitalized, one in critical condition.
Protests erupted over the forced expulsion of Palestinians from their homes in occupied East Jerusalem as Israeli security forces intensified their crackdown on the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
The video showed tear gas canisters being fired at the Qayli mosque and shots fired at Palestinian female worshipers inside the al-Aqsa mosque.
The latest violence comes as the occupied Jerusalem bows for the planned Jewish nationalist march planned on Monday.
