Maybe. It is a good candidate for any use that does not benefit from wired Ethernet and runs very well on 512MiB memory, but can use multiple CPU cores (it has four). Due to the exceptionally small size and flat profile, I have to think it could work better on a DIY handheld game console connected to a television. This original raspberry pie is perfect for any occasion made for Zero W.

If you want to run a more demanding emulator, or you prefer wired Ethernet over WiFi like me, you’ll be fine with a different single board computer. Most of them don’t recognize the name of the Raspberry Pi series, but they are very useful, and they come in prices ranging from $ 10 to $ 100. Probably a little more since the demand increased. The ones I use are wired Ethernet, no WiFi and cost around 20-25.
