At the moment, Sennheiser is no stranger to real wireless earbuds. The company has several models under its belt and extends from the current lineup Basic and affordable Per Premium and valuable. Today, Sennheiser is launching its latest earbuds with CX Plus True Wireless. This new entry provides the ability to customize both Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), ambient noise and on-board control, and EQ. It costs less than the company’s previous ANC model Momentum True Wireless 2.
Cen Plus’ CX and CX 400BT’s genuine wireless earbuds Sennheiser currently sells. The outer touch panel is a circular rectangle compared to the rounded outer of the momentum bud. On-board touch controls let you play music, take calls, and use voice assistant without having to reach for your phone. As the name suggests, the CX Plus has features that CX True Wireless does not have. It includes a Smart Pause feature, which basically pauses automatically when removing an earbud from your ear, but Sennheiser has given it a fancy name. Smart Pause was previously reserved for the precious Momentum True Wireless 2.
Another important addition to the CX Plus is the ANC. The two previous CX models provide only passive noise isolation. The CX Plus also offers ambient sound mode, or Sennheiser calls it transparent listening. This feature was not previously available in CX series earbuds. Both active noise cancellation and clear hearing were only in Momentum True Wireless 2. Both the pre-set and IPX4 splash-proof ratings of CX True Wireless from some of the company’s previous models jumped to the CX Plus.
In terms of sound quality, Sennheiser says the CX Plus provides “audiofile technology” in “everyday” earbuds for its TrueResponse transducer. The acoustic setup was made for much more expensive earphones and was designed for “high-fidelity stereo sound” that provides “deep bass, natural midsoles and clean, detailed treble”. The company has a strong track record in the field of sound, but we still want to verify these claims ourselves that they have kept this time. Senhesia promises up to 24 hours of total listening time: eight hours in the bud with two additional charges in this case.
The CX Plus will be available on September 28 for কালো 179.95 in black and white color options
