It’s been a good two years since then Y-Brush Shipping started, An offer to the people Different approaches To clean their teeth. The retainer-shaped device is filled with nylon bristles that you put in your mouth, promising to disinfect your champs in just 10 seconds. Now, at CES 2022, the company is showcasing the concept for its second-generation device that will offer much more than its predecessor.
The new Y-Brush concept has bristles on both sides of the retainer, meaning users don’t have to pull out the device to cut the bottom half of their face. Instead, you need to move it a bit to ensure perfect coverage. More importantly, however, instead of just one program, this proposed new model will offer six vibration modes, including gum care, whitening and polishing.
A buffer base both enables inductive charging and helps reduce topping while sitting on the countertop, while a companion app will help you set up different programs based on your brushing habits. Given that the whole point of this thing is to shake your face and not do too much, we are not sure how effective it will be.
For now, this second-generation Y-Brush is little more than an idea the company wants to showcase here at CES. But the thought is that this initial concept could be ready for a second-generation brush, whenever it is launched.
